Rescheduling & Refund Policy

The user who has booked an appointment for consultation with the service provider at an appointed time may or may not be able to appear at the appointed date and time and for that purposes he may be entitled to the options of rescheduling the appointment. There is no cancellation of the appointment and refund of the fees allowed.

The rescheduling of the appointment can be done by the user or the service provider. The rescheduling of the appointment can be done in case of the user or the service provider at least 24 hrs in advance prior to the appointed time and the intimation shall be provided to the other party through the registered email ID.

In case where the User, does not show up for the appointment booked with a Service Providers, without rescheduling the appointment with given notice, the amount will not be refunded.

Users will not be entitled to any refunds in cases where, the Service Providers is unable to meet the User at the exact time of the scheduled appointment time and the User is required to wait, irrespective of the fact whether the User is required to wait or choose to not obtain the services from the said Service Providers.

If there is loss of time due to technical difficulty, the Service Provider(s) may or may not try to make up that time in the same session, but may reschedule for another day and time.

User/ client- No-Show (UNS) for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, is defined as, any instance where a User, who booked an appointment on the Website using the Book Appointment facility, has not turned up for the appointment without rescheduling, or informing the Service Providers in advance about the same.

Where the User has booked a paid appointment and is unable to attend the appointment with the Service Providers, with less than 24 hour notice, due to such genuine reasons of sickness etc. at the sole discretion of the Service Provider(s), pursuant to conducting of investigation, the User may be entitled to rescheduling.

The company reserves the right to make the final decision in case of a conflict. The total aggregate liability of YellowSkye with respect to any claims made herein shall be maximum of INR 200.
