As a customer, do I need to pay to sign up with different experts?

You Sign up only once with YellowSkye for free. You pay only when you book a consultation/class/session. You can book with any number of experts and services.

Where can I find my Bookings and sessions that I enrolled in?

Login in to your YellowSkye Account on Web or App.
For web: Click circular profile image/initials (top right of screen)-> Account -> Bookings -> Ongoing or Upcoming or Past Bookings
For App: Open App -> Click More (bottom right of screen) -> My Bookings -> Ongoing or Upcoming.

On the day of my Consultation / Class, How do I start?

  • Login in to your YellowSkye Account on Web or App.
  • For web: Click circular profile image/initials (top right of screen)-> Account -> Bookings -> Ongoing.
    For App: Open App -> Click More (bottom right of screen) -> My Bookings -> Ongoing
  • Click on ‘View Chat’ or ‘Join Session’ for one-to-one and Group Session respectively

Is there a minimum number of sessions that one can sign up for?

There are no minimum classes. You can sign up for one to one or group sessions based on your chosen expert’s offer.

What are the ways in which I can make my payment?

At the moment, we are accepting Credit/Debit card, Wallet, Paypal, NetBanking, UPI and International Credit Cards.

What if I can’t complete all the sessions that I have paid for?

You can reschedule them for another time with prior consent of the expert. All our classes are on a non-refundable basis.

I want to gift someone a session at YellowSkye. Can I purchase gift vouchers?

Not at the moment, but we will be introducing Gift vouchers in the coming times.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

All classes are booked on a non-refundable basis. Consultation can be rescheduled with the mutual consent of the customer and expert, if more than 48 hours notice is given.

Who is your payment gateway?

We use secure payment gateway – RazorPay, PayPal and Stripe.
